I have ordered a fill up. I'd like for Wesco Oil to refund my credit card if the delivery is less than the estimated gallons for a fill up.
I have run out of oil and need the driver to prime my burner for an additional $ 20. I understand that someone will have to be at the delivery site to let the driver in.
